We agreed and the second job was performed on Friday, the 24th. Jasper and Richard were on time, the insulation project was well done and they left the area very clean. Would use them again."

He took pictures in the attic and used a thermal camera to show where we were losing heat also we had mold. He removed the mold and replaced the insulation . He and his crew were very professional. "I haven't hired anyone yet as I am comparing quotes. However, this company came out today to evaluate and do a home energy audit. Gary Gearheart and his assistant (trainee) were very thorough in reviewing what my home may need. I observed Gary taking the time to teach/explain to his trainee and I learned much myself. I also asked a lot of questions, and they answered them all. It was a very good experience and I now know my home is safe from gas leaks and definitely needs insulation. From what I observed today, I would highly recommend this company. Update: 1/6/2020 I did hire this company and even though a few mishaps happened when they installed the insulation on the outside walls of my home, it's been a good experience. They have made sure to fix anything they was not to my liking and a few pieces of siding that got broken doing the job. The owner Robert, is very attentive and through about making sure I am satisfied. All the workers were professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend!"

"Debbie showed up on time and seemed knowledgable about insulation. However she had a hard time answering my questions because she was overly fixated on price. That's not necessarily a bad thing but it got in the way of me really understanding the answers. When the quote came in it was very resonable but when i emailed with a follow-up question concerning warranties, the lack of record on Angies List (despite being in biz for 100+ yrs) and a sub-contractor she was going to use for an exhaust ventilation, she wouldn't put some of the answers in writing until after I committed to using her company. After reviewing all of the quotes we received we finally decided to take a leap of faith because she seemed knowledgable and the quote was fair. i emailed saying we wanted to move forward and asked if i could i now get the informatoin i requested in writing. Unfortunately it's now been 5 days so we are moving in another direction. I bet the company does quality work but it won't be with us.
