Drilling holes and cutting into drywall can be messy, upon completing the work, I volunteered to clean up the drywall residue, however, Thomas insisted that he clean it up! "Glenn and Brandon are wonderful! Very knowledgeable and professional but also warm and kind. Not only did they do great work but we had some great conversations and laughs. They did several jobs for me: installed ceiling fans, replaced and moved an overhead light in the kitchen, installed brand new kitchen lights, and hung a TV. There were some challenges with the lighting project and they came up with a couple of alternative solutions that worked out beautifully. Glenn is very communicative and responds quickly to calls and emails. They showed up on time and called/texted and let me know if they were going to be a few minutes behind schedule. I'm already working on my spring to do list for them!"

"My wall mount TV had wires hanging everywhere. Preferred sent out a tech and within 2 hours ( seemed like 20 mins). The wires had been placed into the drywall and even the PlayStation HDMI. The job was clean and the tech Andrew was polite and professional. It was a pleasant price to pay for a happy wife!!"

"Two outlets were installed behind two mounted TVs. The electrician was able to run the cable through a closet and behind the wall so that it was not exposed. This was an unexpected benefit as I was expecting multiple holes in order to run the cable over and down beside the fireplace. Big win as I didn't have to spackle and paint. He also replaced a faulty light switch. The electrician was friendly and walked me through his plan and steps. Happy with the services and would hire them again."

"From the very beginning this project was off to a great start.  George painting met with us promptly at the time established in our initial conversation.  Before the night was over we received by email a very fair proposal.  The main project included painting the living room, dining room, foyer, and hallway.  The add-ins were installing the crown molding and repairing the nail pops.  Once we receive the proposal we did not hesitate going with everything.  The job was started about a week after we agreed to move forward.  On the first day the crew was sitting outside waiting for 7am arrive, they were prompt.  We did not need to move any furniture however I did remove some of the china and crystal out of the dining room.  The crew came in were friendly and courteous but they went right to work.  They immediately covered all the flooring and protected furniture from paint.  When I returned home that evening the dining room, living room, foyer and hallway were painted, crown molding installed and furniture back in original place.  The second day was devoted to kitchen, family room and bedrooms.  No paint was found on furniture, floors, windows, or anyplace it should not have been.  The paint job is top notch as well as the repair work.  I am extremely please with everything they did.  George's Painting is one contractor I would have no hesitancy recommending.

"The first tech could not do the job due to an extreme allergy to my cats. So the 2nd tech from Church Services was dispatched, he arrived the next day. (NOTE: I had expressed urgency because the circuit was on the refrigerator. Physically I could not move the refrigerator in order to plug in a temporary extension cord) The short was located & receptacle replaced.NOW comes the issue: It was my understanding that "Service Call Fee" of $45 was what I was expected to pay and because I have the Total Plan, I would NOT responsible for any additional fees ( "If we can't repair it, we'll replace it" from CHW TV ad). The tech insisted (rather condescendingly) that I pay additional $ for the work performed. He did not give me a receipt. When I asked for one, he said he would send by e-mail, He didn't. I tried to call the 24/7 phone number ...NO ONE ANSWERED."
