Rob was knowledgeable, diligent, patient and open towards our questions and concerns. Best experience I had with any company rep to date. He came out twice to our place (once the first time to look at the issue, second before he took the work to make sure we all are on the same page.) And then he was there before the work was started to make sure all of us were on the same page. The crew that came out (Darwin, Juan, Raul, Hammie, Chilo) were very careful about their work, respectful, and meticulous. They plastic sealed the work area to prevent dirt, and broom cleaned the area after they were done. Even after the work was done and the transaction was completed, Rob came out to check the work and to make sure it was up to his standard. He olso brought with him the mold treatment up on my request and took care of that as well. Thank you Rob! I highly recommended Best Buy."

"Roland jr and his crew from MD Waterproofing did a great job under difficult circumstances. A previous renovation by a previous owner dropped the basement floor. What we didnâ t realize is that they had never added underpins so the foundation was undermined. Once Rolandâ s crew broke into a wall to solve a leak, they saw this. They explained the issue clearly and explained the remedy. We were able to quickly get a new quote for the additional work from our company contact, Steve Maney, who was very professional throughout this. Total cost for our house was just over $20k for underpinning two walls and redoing the associated French drains. "My husband and I are looking to re-do our basement and install new flooring. We were worried we had leaks/water problems in the basement and scheduled an estimate with Always Waterproofing & Concrete Services to see what the damage is and what we'd have to save up to pay for waterproofing. Jonathan was our evaluator. He was so helpful and focused on assessing the problem over making a sale. Turns out we may not even need waterproofing but instead better ventilation! He advised us that because he didn't see any concerning spots, we should first take up the sub-floor so we can really see what is going on underneath as far as flooding etc. Great customer service, wonderful attitude. You can tell the company cares for your home when they"re more focused on making the proper assessment as opposed to simply making a sale.
