"I had Lux come out to do foundation work on our home, as well as exterior waterproofing. It was a large job, and as a first-time homeowner, I didn’t know what to expect. Miguel and his team were efficient and did a great job. They communicated very well, which I really appreciated, and the job was completed in about a week. They ran into a small snag during the work, but were able to locate the issue and fix it quickly. They were very flexible and understanding, even after the job when I had a few follow-up questions. "Nearly three years ago, I asked JES to install a waterproofing system around my basement (in 2016). After they did this, there was no further flooding or leaking of ground water into my basement. In addition, the dehumidifier makes the whole house smell fresh."

"They had to dig out a whole wall out of my basement to stop the leaking. They cleaned the basement wall and they resealed it with the latest technology. They were very friendly and cooperative. They worked hard, and came when they said they would. Everything you would hope a contractor would do that did."

"Overall I am satisfied with the work that was done in my home.
Ben Meffley the Owner of Sky home improvement came to my home and gave me a better estimate than the previous company. I decided to go to a store to pick out the flooring myself and Ben went out of his way to pick it up for me.
