The steps out the door are wide and look great. When the work was being done I noticed some small adjustments we wanted, and he accommodated the changes without complaint and with only slight adjustments in costs to cover additional expenses (like railing for the basement steps). We had tons of rain and he worked around it. They cleaned up and reseeded the grass where it was needed. I am beyond happy. The beauty, usability, and cost (within my budget) al worked to give me the perfect outcome. We had 10 yards of mulch and three yards of Leafgrow delivered that morning and by the end of the day our flower beds were all edged and mulched, the lawn was aerated and has a top "dressing" of three yards of Leafgrow and the place looks fantastic. SBC immediately shored up the porch, and Steve worked with us to re-do the designs and reallocate materials to rebuild our porch, rehab the patios and keep the costs reasonable, including going the extra mile to get certified so that we could maintain the warrant on our roof.
