The Point Fitness has one primary goal: To make fitness fun. Owned and operated by a single mom, we welcome all ages and fitness levels. Kids will enjoy our drop-in options where they can run wild in the main gym area or have fun throwing balls or balloons in our Glow Room. Adults will appreciate our game-inspired fitness classes, as well as our personal training offered at prices well below industry standards. Parents can use our open gym, attend a group class like Zumba or our stress-relieving "Let It Go" class, while kids are invited to participate in many of our classes, but can always choose to wander over the next room for open play with our plethora of toys. We even offer "Dog Day Afternoons" (unrelated to the movie) on Sundays, where dogs are welcome to come in to work out with their owners from 2p - 6p (please call ahead to be sure your dog is eligible to participate). Memberships are available, as well drop-ins and short-term options for those that would like to try it out with less commitment. Free tours available anytime and discounts are always available.
