"This review pertains to a room that is 18x17. We purchased all our own equipment and cables. Pricing was competitive. They were very punctual and the work was professional. We were especially happy with their suggestions for how to do the in wall wiring and their execution was top notch. The screen was mounted beautifully, as was the projector. Couple of additional notes: - Make sure, if you're not buying gear through them, that they provide you with a complete list of what they'll need for installation before they arrive. We were missing a bracket for the projector mount and looked all over for it so work could continue. - They charge you for the complete job, NOT by the hour. The work took a little longer than that was initially estimated and there was absolutely no conversation about us paying more. - After installation, bi-amping had not been done as specified. Left and Center channels were reversed. Technician was originally reluctant to come back out, but after speaking to the owner (who was very apologetic) they promptly came back out and made everything right. - We felt like there was a little bit too much of a push towards a universal remote after my father made it clear he did not want one, but it was innocuous. We would recommend them without reservation."
