Kids will enjoy our drop-in options where they can run wild in the main gym area or have fun throwing balls or balloons in our Glow Room. Adults will appreciate our game-inspired fitness classes, as well as our personal training offered at prices well below industry standards. Parents can use our open gym, attend a group class like Zumba or our stress-relieving "Let It Go" class, while kids are invited to participate in many of our classes, but can always choose to wander over the next room for open play with our plethora of toys. We even offer "Dog Day Afternoons" (unrelated to the movie) on Sundays, where dogs are welcome to come in to work out with their owners from 2p - 6p (please call ahead to be sure your dog is eligible to participate).
