Let me explain why, while speaking with the sales representative with no pressure to buy she explained and educated me on the different types of garage door motors, brands, the different types of spring assembles etc.… They were able to come out and install the garage openers on the same day, the technician was and courteous and performed a professional install removed old parts and clean up. When I called back the next day to inform them that my older model truck HomeLink would not work with the new garage door opener, without hesitation they brought a Repeater over to my house that now allows my trucks HomeLink to communicate with the new garage door opener, at not additional charge. After everything was completed they performed a follow to ensure I was completely satisfied.
