Jonathan was our evaluator. He was so helpful and focused on assessing the problem over making a sale. Turns out we may not even need waterproofing but instead better ventilation! He advised us that because he didn't see any concerning spots, we should first take up the sub-floor so we can really see what is going on underneath as far as flooding etc. Great customer service, wonderful attitude. You can tell the company cares for your home when they"re more focused on making the proper assessment as opposed to simply making a sale.
