"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"We called Bob and other contractors from Angie's list.  We were not impressed with the knowledge of the other concrete installers so we didn't go with any of the other contractors.  All estimates were similar with what Bob provided us.  We modified our plans tremendously after working with Bob to find a plan that would suit our needs when we signed the contract.  At the time of signing the contract in July 2014, we were told that our job would probably be done in mid-October due to their current schedule.  He was right on target.  Job started October 15th. I was skeptical about this starting date because we had vacation plans that would prevent us from supervising the job.  We didn't want to wait any longer - so we let them start on that date.  On the start date a dumpster and huge piles of rocks were delivered.  Living in a community with an HOA - of course some of our neighbors complained so Bob had his crew tidy up the rocks that were delivered.  The entire crew was professional and worked very hard.  We left for our vacation 3 days after the start of the job.  I was so impressed with all that had been accomplished in such a few short days, but was apprehensive about not seeing the concrete being poured and stamped.  So I had my neighbor and son send us pictures.  When we arrived home from our vacation, we were so surprised to see how nice everything turned out.  The final results were spectacular.  All of the mess was cleaned up, no more dumpster and even the soil had been smoothed out and was ready for us to plant grass seed.
I have pictures that I can share with anyone that would like to see the project finished.  It looks fabaulous.

"Everything went as planned start to finish. Leisure pools techs are the best by far. They worked with me every step of the way to get it completed. Always on time and ready to work when they showed up. Clean up after job was completed was great you could not tell they were here. This was no small job by far pool is 16 by 40 an 12 feet deep. It now looks better that when it was installed in 1969!!! If you want the job done right the first time then hire Leisure Pools."

"Jason was very professional and timely.  His price was very competitive and timely compared to 3 others we received.
The work crew was extremely hard working and knowledgable of all things hardscape.
They arrived daily on time and cleaned up each day.
Attention to detail was excellent.
5 year warranty on all work preformed was given by Jason.  Can't imagine these wall's will move/ shift given the rock solid installation and materials used.

Sauna Installation questions, answered by experts

A home sauna may be considered a luxury item by some homebuyers, which can provide a good return on investment. However, whether it increases your home's value ultimately depends on the buyer, as some may not want to take on the extra costs and maintenance associated with heating and upkeep.

The primary difference between a steam shower and a sauna is the type of heat they produce. A sauna generates dry heat using electricity, while a steam shower creates wet heat from steam, resulting in nearly 100% humidity. A steam shower typically replaces an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and operates at a lower temperature (around 90-120°F) than a sauna, though the high humidity can make it feel just as warm. It is advisable to limit steam sessions to 20 minutes. In contrast, a sauna is a fully enclosed space that can be placed anywhere in a house and produces dry heat.

Considering the cost of tools, parts, and hiring assisted labor, building your own sauna can cost almost as much as purchasing one. It is less expensive to buy sauna kits, since they are premade and easier to set up. Still, you may need to hire a professional to assist in electric or plumbing installation.

Most people will opt to put their home sauna outside near a pool or on a screened-in porch so the heat doesn’t move into the rest of the house. If your house has enough room, you may choose to put it in a bathroom so you can shower right after.

It will take several hours or more to build a sauna. A prefab kit will take anywhere from three to 20 hours to install, depending on complexity and your skill level. If you’re doing a custom build, it can take more than 50 hours—especially if you need to add ventilation, ductwork, and other renovations.
