"My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. "Not only did Aaron (carpenter) of Home Pro Roofing do exceptional work on the many different projects around my house that I contracted for, but he came up with innovative solutions to a couple of projects that I was told by other contractors could not be fixed. I was very impressed by Aaron's resourcefulness and creative approaches to fixing what other professionals said could not be fixed, and he performed the fixes inexpensively. Additionally, Aaron constructed from scratch a beautiful and quality gate to my backyard that was very reasonably priced compared to quotes I received from a couple of professional gate builders. All the work performed was done with quality and pride and even the cleanup was thorough.
