They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."

Omar came out twice to help me walk through everything and be sure we got everything documented.  They were easy to work with as far as scheduling.  They were really professional and got things done when they said they would.  They were always on time.  On the carpet installation they ended up rushing the order for us and moved their schedule around to accommodate travel plans that we had, so that was really nice.  The quality of the work was really high.  Everything turned out beautifully and we are really happy with it."

"Dema Construction did a great job removing carpet from master bedroom, hallway, and stairs! They installed luxury vinyl plank in the bedroom and hallway and redid the stairs in wood. They were willing to move some of the big pieces of furniture and also installed a new railing. (Another contractor would not move any furniture and refused to do the railing. Lowe’s would only put carpet back on the stairs.) We have gotten a lot of compliments of the results! Below are before and after pictures."
