Delmarva Blinds & Shutters

I wish I could do 2 ratings. Part 1 would be odering and product installation. Frank and Kris were excellent in ordering, delivering, and installing the window shades and window shutters. We are very pleased with them and the product. I would give them 5 stars. We placed the order March 2023 and they were installed by July 2023. Now for part 2. There was something wrong with door shutter ordered in March 2023. As a result, it was not installed with the other windows in July 2023. They would have to reorder the door shutter. In October 2023, Kris contacted me and said she forgot all about the order and apologized. She said she would put the order in. It is now Feb 2024 and still no door shutter. We paid for this door shutter in March 2023 and have not heard anything from Kris or Frank. I have tried repeated emails, texts, and voice mails, but I get no response from Delmarva Blinds & Shutters. Very disappointing since the window installations went perfect. As a result, I would rate them a 1 star. It's like they see my email address and phone number and choose to ignore me.

Frank and Kristine are responsive, friendly and so professional. I had no idea what I wanted but after some quick consultations, they knew exactly what was best for our family. They are affordable and work with you.

Delmarva helped me pick the type of blinds and shutters to get, told me about the different quality levels and options and left the decisions up to me. No pressure, unlike some of the other companies. It was a great experience. They blinds came in about 3 weeks and were installed in a little over an hour by the husband-wife team (the owners). They showed me how to take care of the blinds and fixed a problem, on the spot with one of the binds. Total professionals. They'll be back in a few weeks to install the shutters. I highly recommend them for your blinds and shutter needs.

These shutters are for our new ground-floor master suite addition.  As soon as the windows were installed, Kristine and Frank came over to measure and give us advice regarding the type and color of shutters that would work well.  We like shutters to be almost invisible when the louvers are open, because we have very beautiful views from our windows, but also to provide privacy when the shutters are closed, because the windows are in our new bedroom and walk-in closet.  We also want the shutters to look great in the rooms as a design element.  Because the shutters were custom-made, we had to wait a couple of months. But today they were installed, and we are totally thrilled.  I hoped they would look good. They look amazing.  Kristine and Frank are also very professional, punctual, and pleasant to work with.  I see why they have 100% A ratings on Angie's List.  I would rate them an A+ for their wonderful work on our shutters.  These windows look like something out of a magazine layout.  Can't believe that this is my home!

Everything went perfectly.  The price, the professional install, it all went well!

Delmarva Blinds & Shutters has wonderful costumer service! They are friendly and listen to your needs! They gave me great choices on fabric roman shades for my french door. The delivery and Installation was quick and the product superb !! Thank you ! I will be happy to use them again and again ....
