"We visited the show room, picked a grade and color we thought was right for us and took a sample home. We visited Home Depot to comparison shop and although we didn't find the identical carpeting, we were able to see that Carpet Concepts pricing was competitive. The salesman then made an appointment to measure the rooms to be carpeted. I discussed whether the 12 or 15 foot width made more sense.
