The damage was small enough so they were able to stretch the carpet to fix the problem. After they finished, it looked like carpet was never damaged in the first place, which was good. However, there are nails sticking out on some parts of the carpet, which can stab your feet when stepping near the door."

"We visited the show room, picked a grade and color we thought was right for us and took a sample home. We visited Home Depot to comparison shop and although we didn't find the identical carpeting, we were able to see that Carpet Concepts pricing was competitive. The salesman then made an appointment to measure the rooms to be carpeted. I discussed whether the 12 or 15 foot width made more sense. We finally agreed on the 12 foot width which knocked about $250 off the final price and that's because the initial estimate specified the 15 foot width. Each installation is unique.
