Mark was very professional and was accommodating. He came to my house with samples of the carpet that I selected and he helped me to pick out the correct color. The installers were professional as well and installed all of my carpet in one day and cleaned up everything very quickly.

Even though carpet was on backorder he kept in touch with manufacturer and contacted me promptly to set up the install as soon as the carpet was available. Amazing quality and customer service- very fair pricing

Mark scheduled an appointment to bring carpet and vinyl flooring samples to my home. Within two days he sent us a bid which beat another carpet provider with similar carpet and linoleum. He scheduled the installation for the next week once the carpet had arrived from the carpet mill. He arrived with two other crew members. Mark's two installation partners set to work moving furniture, removing the existing carpet and pad, cleaning the area and installing new pad and carpet. Meanwhile Mark set about removing the bathroom linoleum and subfloor. Mark and his crew were very friendly, took the time to explain what they were doing and the condition of the floor beneath the carpet and linoleum. By the end of the day they had completed the job, cleaned everything up and scheduled a return visit to caulk the flooring next to the bath tub. Mark came back a couple of days later to caulk the flooring. We saved $500 to $600 for the same quality materials with equal or better installation service than the other company I was considering. I would recommend you have Mark bid on your next carpet or flooring job.
