"If I could give this company zero or even negative stars, I would. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing due to poor communication from the contractor, Raymond. As a first-time homebuyer and first-time user of Angie s List, I relied heavily on the contractor to explain the process. I have no prior knowledge of electrical work or what a panel upgrade ( heavy-up ) involves, and I made that very clear. Unfortunately, Raymond failed to communicate clearly or provide proper guidance throughout the project. I waited weeks for Pepco to come out and complete the heavy-up. When I finally contacted Pepco myself, I was informed that I should not have been the one calling the contractor is usually responsible for coordinating this. Pepco also confirmed that Raymond never contacted them, which caused unnecessary delays and added stress. I could go into much more detail about the lack of communication and how this project was handled I could honestly write a book. Overall, if you are looking for a contractor who is detailed, communicative, and supportive, especially as a first-time homeowner, I would not recommend this company. "
