He came out to my location on a Monday to take a look at a 23-step handrail job and give me an estimate. We shook on the price and he said he could be done in a week. Charles contacted me on that Wednesday to ask if he could install it that day. He finished 90% of the job that day and came back the next day to finish and paint.
