Family owned & operated since 1985. We are a full deck & fence Restoration Company. I have up to 3 employees & no subcontractors. All estimates are free and no trip charges EVER. Owner, Kurt Sabaté, is a Certified Wood Restoration Specialist & bringing old-neglected decks & fences back to there like new original look. As a retired Chef, I handle all my business as if it were food, giving you the best product possible and presenting it as flawless as possible. My company is NOT in the business for the volume of clients, but in the business for the long term client relationship. Since taking over the business from my brother, Ted Sabaté, hence the "TS", I have a 100% success rate for customer satisfaction. My testimonials say it all on my web-site. I love what I do and so do ALL my clients. TS Pressure Washing & Deck Restorations, LLC is a proud member of the "BBB" and to this day still has an A+ rating & NO complaints. We also offer e-billing, as many follow up visits necessary to make sure the customer is 100% happy and follow up calls and or emails to ensure you are absolutely pleased with my work.

"Before I hired Mr. Reyes, we spoke in detail about what I expected. He agreed. What I got was a sloppy and unprofessional job. He rushed through my job in order to finish in one day as opposed to taking his time and doing a thorough and professional job. He was supposed to clean and restore the shower base, stall and frame. He painted over built up dirt in the shower base. Now, there are dirt stains showing through the paint and the base is so uneven and rough that if I stepped in the shower the bottom of my feet may get cut. Instead of cleaning the frame thoroughly, he painted over built up dirt and it looks terrible. He painted just the bottom of the frame with the wrong type of paint. He wasn't supposed to paint the frame at all. He painted the drain as opposed to removing, cleaning and replacing it after the paint dried. His caulking job is uneven and lacks consistency. He left paint on the shower head and light fixture in the ceiling. He was supposed to replace the door henges, light switch and electric socket. He didn't. He painted part of the door frame and left the other parts unpainted. He didn't smooth out the vanity before painting leaving it looking a mess inside and out. He left paint on the vanity door henges. He left running paint in spots and paint droppings in the window seal. He painted parts of the window frame that did not need to be painted and it's sporadic and sloppy. He didn't prep the walls before painting (as discussed) leaving the walls uneven and bumpy. He did a mediocre job cleaning the shower tiles. He did a good job cleaning the shower glass, installing the quarter round and covering the base of the vanity with a special adhesive paper. Another contractor installed the flooring and new toilet. After he finished the job, Mr. Reyes sent me a very nice video that made everything look beautiful. I told him I'd have to see the work in person because videos can be deceiving. When I saw what he did, I was very upset. I contacted him about my concerns and he returned on November 13th. I pointed out all of my complaints about this work. He asked me what I would pay for the job as is. I asked "You mean you aren't going to fix this?" He said no to fixing his work. I told him I'd pay $500. He said no to the $500 and said he was going to his truck to call some people. I considered that statement to be a threat. He sat in his truck for a while and I wasin my vehicle on the phone with an Angi representative when he walked up behind me a took a photo of my vehicle's license plate. I considered that to be another threat so I took photos of his license plates. Then he sent me a text instructing me to send the $500 via Zelle right now. He sent me a couple other messages about the $500. I told him I had to file a report with Angi and figure out how much it going to cost me to correct his work. Evidence that he knew he did a terrible job is that he refused to fix his work and the fact that he was willing to accept less than half of agreed upon amount of $1150. Two contractors came out and told me how unprofessional Mr. Reyes work is. One contractor quoted me a price of over $3000 to correct his work and do the job right. His final message to me was very munipulative and he ended it with "Don't make me think you're a bad person." Another threat. I didn't respond. Mr. Reyes' sloppy and unprofessional work caused a delay in my project."

DryHome Roofing & Siding was recently honored as Residential Roofing Contractor of the Year by Roofing Contractor Magazine. The prestigious title is bestowed once a year on the contractor that embodies specific characteristics such as superior customer service, community involvement, and a rewarding work atmosphere. We have been in business since 1988 and are proud of our achievements and level of success. We know that the only measure of our success is the satisfaction of our customers. We are committed and determined to provide our customers with quality work while promoting an honest and reliable service.

"I had used Dry Home Roofing to replace my roof several years ago and to repair a skylight. I found them to be reasonably priced, honest and easy to work with. When I was told I needed new gutters, I contacted them and two other companies. They were more reasonably priced for both the gutters and the new ridge vent and kept me informed of installation dates as we contended with several winter storms. The gutters and ridge vent installation went well and I am happy with the service provided."

"Lyons replaced our roof this week. I received bids from 14 companies and I hired them because of the detail in their estimate, the sound advice I received from Tom, a strong recommendation from a friend who used them several years ago, and a confident feeling about Tom. His crew was incredibly professional and efficient, the cleanup was superb, they were on time, and there were no hassles or hiccups. Lyons was right in the middle of the average price for my bids, so they're not the cheapest, but they're also not the most expensive. (Believe it or not the price range was $21,000 from lowest to highest.)"

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

Yes, and they do it exceptionally well. Heated roof cables have two purposes: melting snow and preventing ice buildup. Ice damming happens when ice forms on the roof (usually where the roof meets the gutter) and melts stubbornly slowly, causing moisture to enter the roof itself and, therefore, the home.

Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.

It can be dangerous to remove icicles from your roof, so the best option is to treat the underlying issue instead, usually by ensuring proper insulation in your home. If you’re concerned about immediate damage, you can hire a professional to remove the icicles and the snow accumulation on your home to prevent the issue from recurring. Just make sure you use a long-term solution, too, like addressing insulation problems or installing roof heating coils on your roof.

While it’s less common than on other kinds of roofs, yes, ice dams can form on metal roofs. Metal roofs, particularly those with snow guards installed, can still accumulate ice at the roof edge, although ice dams on metal roofs are less likely to cause roof or interior damage than on traditional asphalt shingle roofs.

There are several ways to remove snow from your roof: using a snow rake, salting the roof with calcium chloride, using a rope (cautiously), and using heating cables. It’s important to mention that pretty, fluffy, sparkling snow weighs a great deal, and when physically removing snow from a roof, you should be aware of large snow slabs breaking off. These can weigh hundreds of pounds and are a real danger, so be extremely careful anytime you’re doing this type of work.
