At Tri-Coastal we work with home/business owners and often times, their insurance companies. Our goal is to provide a fantastic, hassle free experience for each customer. That includes free inspection and lifetime warranties. We will work directly with you and/or your insurance company to come to an agreed upon job scope. This insures the project will be completed correctly the first time. You will find our guys are very friendly and knowledgeable regarding everything from product info to the entire insurance claim process. We work with the same software as most of the insurance company's out there! This insures a seamless process from the first inspection to final.

He did everything he said he would do. He went above and beyond. This work also involved new gutters and downspouts- he brought samples for me to see and assured me that the quality of the work would be great as would the installation. It was. I could not have asked for more and I would be happy to be a future reference for anyone considering Trae and his company. He's a really nice man- very kind, thoughtful and he does come through. I do some plumbing and electrical work but I also have a close relationship with an excellent licensed plumber and licensed electrician if the project warrants it. Free estimates and no trip charges. Smaller projects, e.g. 4 hours or less, are charged as Time and Materials at $80/hr. For larger projects, I will provide a detailed proposal with a fixed price quoted.

He was a pleasure to work with even when there were inevitable things that came up as part of any project. He always informed me of any questions he had or decision points he came across and made sure we were as happy as possible with the outcome. He was more than willing to work with us if something changed a little and we needed something else done in the area he was working (within reason, of course). I was also very pleased with his range of tasks that he is good at and especially that he does excellent tile work. It can be hard to find someone to do smaller tile projects.
