"Mr. Jerome called, emailed, and texted promptly. He arrived on time to give me a quote for the repairs of my front sidewalk. We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work. "The tape on the seams of the drywall on my first floor ceiling were cracked in several rooms.  I received an estimate from Goode Design but ended up not getting the work done until almost a year later.  They patched the cracks in the three rooms where it was an issue and painted the ceiling bright white per my request.  This work took place in the Fall of 2015, I'm not sure of the exact date.

The Good: Overall I am very happy with their work, the two painters were hard working nice guys.  They showed up on time and got right to work moving furniture and prepping walls.  The price was reasonable for ceiling work and it looks much better.

The Bad:  There was a mix up in scheduling and nobody showed up for the first appointment.   The only negatives regarding the work performed were that they missed one small spot, hung up my curtains backwards and nicked a wall ( with a ladder I assume) but these were all very minor.  The seams are becoming noticeable again after several months but they are not cracking and I hope they don't.

Overall:  I will definitely use Goode Design again in the future and recommend them 100%."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
