"Norma was kind and understanding of our concerns about water coming through our living room ceiling and was able to get someone out in just a few hours. Jack and Vince came and amazingly diagnosed the problem immediately. I thought for certain that the toilet tank drain was leaking but they knew it was the bathtub faucet and showerhead. They were able to get the needed parts and fix the problem very quickly and quietly, leaving the bathroom completely clean. We were expecting a large bill, and were shocked at how reasonable it was. Vince explained exactly what was charged and not charged for the parts and service. It was a very happy ending to a traumatic morning.
