"Bill, the owner, and Brandon, the technician, both provided world-class customer service from start to finish. To begin, Bill stopped by to perform the in-home consultation and provided recommendations on how he could bring my vision to life with indoor/outdoor security cameras. Brandon did an outstanding job with the installation of all of my Google Nest cameras, assisting with camera placement for the best viewing angle, seamlessly fishing the power cables through the walls, and adding a classy touch by installing brush pass-through wall plates. Brandon managed smaller details such as the cable management for the outdoor camera above my garage flawlessly as it was presented in a clean and neat manner. Both Bill and Brandon treated my home as if it were their own and I will definitely seek to work with them again in the future. Candidly, I had another in-home consultation conducted by one of the big box retailers to help with this project prior to looking to Home Advisor, but I was so disappointed with that experience that I'm glad that I was paired up with NexImage Inc. "No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Great company to deal with. Totally customer focused. My wife was not comfortable with me installing our security system myself, so internet based alarm companies were a no go. I contacted our existing company, Vector, Vivant, ADT & 1st Security. I met with all of the reps. Jeremy from 1st Security came to our home right away to conduct a detailed security assessment. He listened to our needs and our concerns with our existing landline based security system (through Vector), and he designed an effective yet practical and affordable set up for our home. Their prices cannot be beat- trust me I did my homework. Larry came to install the new security system and he was also great to deal with. Knowledgeable and patient- he took his time to explain how the system worked and gave us his cell # in case we had any issues. Kudos to 1st Security USA! "Wow, I spoke to representative who did not try to sell me anything just listened to what i wanted then gave me the best deal.
The equipment showed up in a cool box and is was simple to instal.  Literally, I just plugged in the gateway to a wall outlet, peeled off the adhesive and stuck the sensors on my doors and windows called for activation and it was done.   Now I can control my home from my cell phone.  Its super cool and I plan to add other devices like remote control lighting and a video camera.  Truly am pleased to say the least.  I always get nervous to order over the phone, but Skycover is the greatest.  I am a happy camper!"

We were with another security system for 12 years and we changed because their selection of product was of a higher grade. They are excellent."

"install was fine and timely.  The service and contract with ADT as well as having gone through a local installer has been a nightmare.  I've quoted and re-quoted the actual contract on numerous occasions.  ADT corporate has repeatedly tried to state my contract is 38 months although the contract is 3 years (36 months).  The quality of service for a service company is poor and I've decided to pay the cancellation fee rather than taking their services with me for my next home.
