They were punctual, in fact they were a little early, which is always very nice.  They were professional and very tidy. "Stephen Palmer is our go-to electrician. We have used them several times and we were not disappointed to use them for this project. We needed recessed lights and a large hanging fixture installed. The service was easy to schedule and we received a call about 30 minutes before the arrival of the electrician, John. His work was high quality and he did a great job of keeping us informed during the course of his work. He was a pleasure to interact with and kept the work area tidy during and after the project was completed. To cap it off, the final bill was several hundred dollars less than we expected! They will always be our first call for any electrical needs."

"I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done. I just want my job completed and after that I won’t contact Remodel USA again!!"
