"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

He was careful to lay out drop cloths and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. The entire job took 3 1/2 days and the results are amazing. We highly recommend S&J Painting & Remodeling!"

"DMV was the first of 6 contractors that I had spoken with to completely remodel my kitchen. They were prompt, to the point, and quick to give a design and a quote. I liked their input and ideas, but surfed around for another month, worked with an architect and several other designers, and evetually came back to what DMV had designed from the beginning. (Wish I had skipped the pricey architect!) They gave good advice on things that seemed so simple (cabinet pulls) but were overwhelming when you looked at all of the possible options. The job only took 18 days (though the space was "easy" since my basement is unfinished and they had easy access to move pipes, wiring and ducts. My electric panel also had a lot of space in it and did not require any crazy upgrade.) The only minor delays were my fault as I took some time mulling over a few things. My neighbors commented that the workers were extremely courteous, clean, and quiet and did not disturb them throughout the project. My kitchen renovation did not change the footprint, however, I did move an extrerior door and changed the size and placement of a new window. The project was completed a month ahead of schedule and on budget. Everything was kept clean while in process and I was really not inconvenienced by not haing a workable kitchen very much at all. Javier, Lucas, Alex and John were great at communicating and they were on time or early every day. I highly recommend them."

Kitchen Saver did it all: Refaced our 25-year old cabinets, installed 3 new cabinets, installed a new apron sink with hot water dispenser and "touchless" faucet, and handled installation of our new granite countertops. "We hired Gomez Contractors for our master bathroom remodeling after seeing their great reviews on Google. I have to say that we are extremely pleased with how our bathroom turned out and how beautiful it looks. Santos and his team were extremely professional and accommodated all of our requests. They showed up on time every day for the duration of the remodel, and they provided high quality service. The company is affordable and Santos worked within our budget without charging any hidden fees. Everyone on his team is extremely friendly and we felt comfortable having them in our home working on our bathroom. We are definitely using them again for our next project. Highly recommend!"

Krause Construction is amazing.  Out first meeting was with John Krause who was very professional, arrived on time and answered all my questions, and was very prompt in giving me the estimate.  Our second meeting was with Frank (Project Manager) who is also very professional, answered the questions we had, arranged for our financing, and scheduled the date for the remodel to begin.  Frank was there throughout the entire time, (which did take longer than we all anticipated due to unforeseen problems that were not apparent until after the construction began).  He kept me updated on the budget, answered any questions I had as things arose, updated me on the schedule of things to happen and when, and came by to check on the progress several times throughout the process.  Frank was terrific through the entire remodel.

The crew that came to do the work was outstanding. James, Rob, Matt were very professional, respectful of both our home and our family, and knowledgeable about the construction industry. The work that was done is wonderful, James and his crews definitely pay a great deal of attention to details, and it shows in the tile work, the painting, fixtures. 

The crew covered my floors with tarps, cleaned up after each days work, they left nothing laying around at the end of the day, and all trash was removed daily. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done, the crew did a fantastic job in getting our home back in order. This crew was a great pleasure to work with.

I can't say enough about Krause Construction and the employees.  This is a great company to work with, I will definitely call them for our next remodel.
