As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"

"The owner Justin came to my house to give an estimate and he was easy to talk to. He was down to earth and I was able to ask every reasonable and unreasonable question I had. His office manager Jess answered all my questions through email courteously when I had them. The crews were quick, responsive, and careful in my home, especially around my curious dog. I asked for a very elaborate and difficult herringbone tile backsplash. The team handled its tediousness beautifully. The estimate was much lower than another company I had researched. I plan to use Adam contracting next year to replace my roof ... yes, they do that, too!"

"Salesman was very accommodating and arranged a quick installation as the house was on the market already. Installers arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. Work foreman was very easy to work with and took the time to explain everything. Work was finished in a timely manner. Work area was left clean. Two calls to the service dept. a couple of weeks later have gone unanswered. My C rating on responsiveness is a combination of an A for the sales rep and an F for the service dept."

NV gave us a competitive price, on par with the other bids we got, and their bid seemed more comprehensive than some of the others. Jaime did an excellent job explaining everything to me and talking me through any questions we had. Once the work began, Manny and the rest of the guys did a great job—they were on site promptly each day and were clearly working hard over the three days of the project. Manny was very communicative and easy to work with and even went out of his way to help us with some extra items in the yard. The crawlspace looks awesome now—clean and dry!
