"I am impressed with his attention to detail and a genuinely good person to have in my home working. My german shepherds loved him too- our dogs are a good sense of character. We had a large brown spot in our ceiling from water damage. The bathroom shower leaked from above. The plaster damage in the ceiling was cut out, drywall was put up. The finished ceiling looks perfect! The first paint he bought wasn’t a perfect match so he took a ceiling piece to get paint that was a perfect match. His work was so meticulous and his personality so kind, I decided to hire him for a big project i’ve needed to have done but couldn’t find the perfect person. Our house is 100 years old so finding the right person to do plaster work and painting is a valuable find."

"First item on my list, he was real responsive and came by, and he put up a ceiling fan and a back porch motion detector light. EXCELLENT JOB! I recommend him for those. Both were installed VERY well. Really, he did great, and was professional, and helped me out a lot. But since that first visit, he has not been responsive to my emails (one response a couple days later, and then nothing since, I even sent out another email just in case he missed it in his inbox, and now my wife is getting impatient for the items to be done). My jobs I needed might have been more small potatoes than his expertise was for. So, I'm trying someone else instead. Like I said, I should probably be able to do all of these things on my list myself. But if you need a ceiling fan or motion detector installed, I totally recommend him, good price for the excellent work. I guess it didn't work out for me for the other stuff."

Three times more expensive than a regular house painter, but for drywall work (like scary cracks in the ceilings), you are purchasing confidence& in longterm corrections. "I have hesitated to write this review because the company was supposed to send someone out to do a touchup the next time they were in my area, but they never came.  Since where the touch up is needed (a corner of the tub) isn't really noticeable to me, and as more and more time went by, I just let it go. This is the reason I downgraded "responsiveness" to a B. Otherwise I would have given an A grade because the men who did the work were excellent.
My advice: Don't pay immediately after the job is finished but wait for a bill. That way if something needs to be fixed, the company will have an incentive to send someone out. Since I had already paid in full, there was no such incentive.
I was surprised at the size of the exhaust hose that is used while the tub finish is being applied. Because my bathroom is small, the hose had to go down the front hall and out the front door. Fortunately, the weather was not cold. The finish had to cure before the rest of the work could be completed. The smell wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable.
I don't remember if it was the next day or two days later that the wall surround was put up over the existing tile, the ceiling lined, and a new drain and new fixtures installed. The installer was a different man from the one who had applied the glaze. He worked very hard, as it wasn't an easy job, due to some irregularities in the bathtub tile area. He also screwed in the grip bars that had to be removed before the wall lining could go up.
All in all I was satisfied with the work, although the caulking that was used gets moldy, and the mold is hard to remove. The wall surround and ceiling, however, do not attract mold, hallelujah.  I thought the price was right. I'm glad I had the work done.

"I selected this company because it was local and had the best price. The installation was completed in a day and looks exceptional. The workmanship produced a very professional looking job. The roof is hopefully the last one I will have to put on this house. The clean up around the yard was very thorough. I would advise others that any roof job creates a lot of debris inside the structure of the house in particular the garage and the attic. If you have items in these places you can expect to do a little cleaning up inside yourself. Otherwise the cleanup by this crew was well done. They also seemed to require very little supervising. Craig was on the job at the start and at the end, and I expressed my approval to him when the job was completed."

"Mr. Booth and his helper arrived within the time frame and went right to work. He assessed the area and the items and made suggestions on where to move them. Initially we thought everything except the TV would have to go in the garage. But he was able to move everything except the couch into another room and he placed a large heavy slate cabinet top on the fireplace hearth (don't know why we didn't think of it). Since he was there we asked him to haul some old wood and bricks and he loaded it all into his truck. We will be contacting him when the tile work is completed and have him move the items back into the room."
