"Company was hired to prepare and excavate a pad site for a pole barn garage. The guy "Wilson" knows what he is doing however he short changed me on the services that we agreed to. In addition, he under estimated materials needed to complete the work as well as while excavating the area, my sprinkler system was damaged. I had to advise him to come back and complete compaction of fill dirt. After compaction you were able to see that the site was clearly not leveled. I had to bring in more fill dirt to accommodate for this. I paid him anyway because his effort was good, but after payment he never followed up with me. It's like once he was paid then you never hear from him!"

"Goode Paving was very responsive for my request for a quote, called back right away and scheduled a time for an estimate. Showed up on time (early even!) and was very professional. They were not the lowest quote we received, by far, but they were the only company to promptly return my calls and actually show up to our appt time. Called to schedule the job and got a next day appt. They showed up when they said they would, extremely professional and worked steadily until the job was done on one of the hottest days we've had. The crew was polite and courteous and there was no trash or debris left behind. I think we paid a bit more than average but for a company that shows up when they say they will, does a good job, and respects your time and property, I would pay it again."

From the beginning of talking to Jim Wilburn, the Owner of Ace, to the Lawn Service with Kevin, it has been a great experience.  Jim is very understanding and helped me to decide what service worked best for our lawn.  He has made adjustments as necessary throughout the season.

Kevin provides weekly service our lawn.  He assesses the lawn each week and provides the care that is needed.  Our lawn is beautiful when he is done.  He is the best!!

This is the first time we have needed a Lawn Care Service and I am so happy to be working with Ace Lawn and Landscaping.
