"At first, I was happy with the customer service, very responsive, Great price for job and scheduling was not too bad. The total project took about 3-4 days due to some weather issues and machinery problems. I was expecting more of a 2-3 day turn around. That did not bother me as much as the random holes that popped up after the concrete started to dry. Owner stated that it was due to the delay pack they threw in the concrete to slow down the drying stage so they could pour and shape the area since it was so large. I get that and have heard of this process but when the holes started to show they are the size of quarters and have a rust brown stain around the edge of the hole. I called to get it fixed - waited about two weeks for repair and was told it would look brand new- the holes are still very visible with the rust stain around it and the resin used to fill the holes are a different shade color than the concrete. We are very disappointed since we spent so much money on this project not even to be able to enjoy it for one day of it being perfect. On a positive note- if you want to use this company for landscaping needs I think you are fine. The mulch and replanted grass seed that was placed around the project are beautiful."

"Wayne and his team at Remodel Max were an absolute pleasure to work with when finishing off our basement. Wayne was involved from the very beginning and came out promptly to scope out the job and give an initial estimate. He took our considerations and visions for the space into account and helped translate those ideas into a fun and functional space for our house. They did a fantastic job from a workmanship standpoint. They were flexible and creative as we encountered additional challenges from issues the builders left us - they are committed to not just doing the job but doing it right. Lastly, Iâ d note that Wayne was BY FAR the best contractor weâ ve ever had in terms of communication. He frequently made site visits to check on progress and to relay what was going to be happening next. We were so satisfied with the basement project that we hired his team for our floors as well (another A+ experience). We would absolutely recommend Wayne and his team at Remodel Max. "Goode Paving was very responsive for my request for a quote, called back right away and scheduled a time for an estimate. Showed up on time (early even!) and was very professional. They were not the lowest quote we received, by far, but they were the only company to promptly return my calls and actually show up to our appt time. Called to schedule the job and got a next day appt. They showed up when they said they would, extremely professional and worked steadily until the job was done on one of the hottest days we've had. The crew was polite and courteous and there was no trash or debris left behind. I think we paid a bit more than average but for a company that shows up when they say they will, does a good job, and respects your time and property, I would pay it again."
