Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. "He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate.
