"I received a phone call and they told me what time to expect them, they were on time.  They got right to work laying down drop cloths and covering the toilet and the sink and flooring.  They told me everything they found that was a problem and fixed it without charging extra for it, put in all new plumbing behind the wall and new fixtures.  They took such great care to vacuum as they were going along so there was no mess at any time.  I am on oxygen and I was concerned that with them taking things out and cutting into things that I may have a hard time breathing, but there was nothing in the air, no fumes or strong glue smells or anything.  The gentlemen that came out (one was one of the owners) were very professional and friendly and very respectful.  I can't say enough fantastic things about these two people and the incredible work they did."

I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate.
