"L I put request on Home advisor/Angie's list. Out of all the request this is the only company that responded to my request. Not only did he respond within 30 minutes, he came out the same day, installed my ceiling fan, and finished everything up within one hour. Most kind efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable company. I would definitely use them anytime and every time. Thank you so much, Kevin."

"Russell was prompt, very polite and helpful. He explained everything and pointed out where my old rowhouse differs from newer codes. (Grandfathered until I want to sell.) There was an upsell on an annual plan, but it will save some 15% on some planned upgrades, so I went with it. Dawn, office support, also was friendly and pleasant to work with. She gave me a follow-up call next morning after my multi-company query through Angie's. My inquiry detailed list of three small repairs did not get other takers, so no real cost comparison, but I feel the price was fair-- $500 for about 2 hours, including the plan and dispatch fee."

"Mr. James Rollins was exceptional. Had an issue that came up last year with my Generac generator and he was quick to respond but I was not able to be as fast. Power came back on so I didn't follow up. Generator hasn't worked and was worried about a power outage, so I reached back out. He came out on the same day, diagnosed my issue in a minute, and fixed it. His work was outstanding and I can understand why he is so busy. Everyone wants Rollins Repair. If you can get him, I would ask James Rollins to help you."

"They checked my generator and said nothing was wrong, that the problem was probably with the electric companies transformer. My problem still exist. The electric company sent people out to check the current coming to my house and said everything is okay. They are going to install a monitor to check what is going on when there is an outage. So as of now my generator does not come on."
