After removing the old window well I was called out to see the progress and received a mid-job update on the progress. Once completed I received another opportunity to ask any other questions. I was also given an explanation of the benefits of the replacement. The area was returned to a pristine condition and the grass reseeded. Two weeks prior, JES sent information reminding me to remove all items from the work area that could possibly sustain damage during the process. The one draw back was two days prior I was notified by the Technician that the HVAC was to close to the window and had to be moved. The HVAC company waived the emergency call fee. JESâ s pricing was very affordable. I had looked online to get an idea of the cost. The smallest window well alone was priced $500 above the cost of my entire project.
