"Fritz B. was my sales rep and he clearly knew what he was doing, including making a few minor recommendations that were in my financial interest. Easy to set up the scope of work. The grew was great, came in and did a great job, took about 6 hours. They even rerouted the exhaust flue for my hot water heater even though they did not replace the heater because the install guy Chris said "they did this dumb". Overall a great experience and I would recommend."

"Tess was exceptional. he replaced a leaking old water heater. When I made the call, he was on another job but since water was leaking he came later that evening to address the leakage. He was respectful and hardworking. He came on time and finished the job on time, the project was top notch. His price was very reasonable compared to others."

They were courteous and even took off their shoes when in my home. Unfortunately, there were a few hang ups initially with the installation but returned back and made everything right without question the same day.
