Called to find out why an d was told that they sent a text informing of running late which I never got. Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"

Once he arrived, he assessed the issue and fixed it within an hour. My tenant flushed paper towels down the toilet. The following day the plumbing backed up again and I had someone else come out to my property. This person didnâ t know what they were talking about and tried to get me to replace my main drain leading up to the sewer line. Signs your electric water heater is failing include inconsistent water temperature, reduced hot water supply, longer heating times, or discolored water (rusty or cloudy). Unusual noises like popping or rumbling suggest sediment buildup, while leaks or corrosion around the tank signal structural damage. If your unit is over 10 to 15 years old and experiencing frequent issues, it may be time to replace it.

Price variations arise from size, type (tankless or tank), efficiency grades, and installation complexity, including labor and materials.

The time it takes to replace a water heater depends on the complexity of the job. Expect your contractor to spend:

  • One to three hours on a standard tank-style water heater replacement

  • Two to three hours on a tankless water heater replacement

  • Four to six hours replacing a tank-style water heater with a tankless water heater

  • One hour for each additional parallel or point-of-use water heater

Your project will take longer if you’re switching fuel sources, upgrading to tankless, or relocating your water heater.
