He was very forthcoming by explaining that the repair was not absolutely necessary if there was no leakage, but I wanted it sealed anyway. He did a top rate job and I would not hesitate to use his services again."

The project turned out perfectly and our homes looks like a different house now . We were so happy with them ( Dec 2022) that we hired them for windows , roofing and new siding too in Spring of 2023 ! Our home looks fabulous. All the work was done timely and professionally and clean up was excellent as well. John did much of the work and oversaw all the sub contractors as well ! I wanted to add a basement window before selling my home. I was told it could be done in a couple weeks. Just give them half the fee for a down payment and they would start the process. So I paid $5200 to get started. After a couple weeks I asked when will the work be done. I was told a little longer. After three weeks I asked when was the permit submitted. They never said the permit was submitted. They always implied it. They would say things like it should be approved soon or it will be another week or two. I found the website where you can search for and view permits that have been submitted. Mine wasn’t on there. I asked and they said it’s because they’re waiting for document updates. But there is a place on the site for status that would show it was waiting for document updates. As best I can tell, they never did anything and lied to me the whole time. When I canceled, I found out that in the fine print of the contract they still get to keep 30% of the full price. They refunded $2100 of the $5200 and kept $3100."
