The representative contacted me the same day that I sent the quote request through Angie's List, and came to my house the next day on a Sunday morning to evaluate the job and give me a price quote on the spot. We agreed on the price and a date (the following Saturday), and he and his crew showed up on the agreed date promptly at 8am and started work immediately. They had the yard cleared of leaves and were done by 10am, which was impressive as I had a ton of leaves covering the yard, and multiple large garden beds needed to be cleared of leaves as well. After they were done, I found no damage to my landscape plants either. Great job overall and worth the money paid."
