The flowers were delivered promptly.  My friend said it was one of the most beautiful bouquets she has ever received.

Ordered and processed a variety of long and shorter stemmed bright red roses for me to pick up and arrange myself for a memorial service.  They were all in excellent condition and lasted a long time.

It was my worst experience ever at a florist.
I went there wanting to get my friend a nice bouquet. The receptionist told me to chose a preassembled bouquet from the fridge. There were very few choices that were not to my taste at all. In addition, the quality and quantity of the arrangements did not match the high price tag at all, so I asked if i could choose the flowers myself. She said yes and took me to the fridge (literally), told me to choose whatever I wanted and closed the door. It was freezing and there was no one there to help me. The flowers weren't very fresh, but I did my best to choose the best available. When I came out, totally frozen, an old lady told me to go wrap them at the table!!!! I said, can someone wrap them for me please, and she said "You're gonna have to pay extra for that." If I weren't late for my appointment, I was ready to leave right then. I told her that I'll pay but i absolutely want them to be wrapped nicely. I seriously doubt that she's a florist or even close to one, because she just threw the flowers in some ugly white wrapping paper and gave them to me. They looked like a big mess. when I told her that, she took me to another room, pointed to a lady and told me: "Tell her what you want."  I had to explain to her all over again while the old lady was looking at me angrily. She managed to do a "slightly" better job and they charged me 25$ extra for the ugly wrapping!!!!!! When I told her that I'm really not satisfied and embaressed to give the bouquet to my friend, she didn't even care. There was another angry client at the register. I'm never going there again.

• The people are easy to deal with.  They delivered flowers when they said they would and send me an e=mail to confirm.  My mother in law loved the flowers. 

The phone ordering process was very easy.  The associate was a pro and knowledgeable about the arrangement I wanted that I saw on line.  The flowers arrived on time and the basket was larger and more beautiful than the online photo.  Also very fresh.  The recipient was delighted.

I ordered online using the provider's web site. The recipient of the product was very pleased with the quality & presentation of the live & blooming geraniums. The product was delivered on time.
The live plants lasted through the season.
I like that this florist is local and offers unique and creative items for local delivery only. Those items are almost always more appealing than the universally available 'florist network' products. Pricing is probably average for the delivery services, but the product prices are above average, but then so is the product quality. You get what you pay for.

We visited the store before my sister's funeral and met with an associate. They are very professional and showed us samples and also helped us choose the flowers. The flowers were delivered in a timely fashion and were exactly what we wanted. I have never been disappointed with Radebaughs.

It was delivered on time the quality was very good. I gave them a price range and they helped me work within this.

I think that the prices are reasonable and they have a nice variety to select from. The sales people listen to what I may need and make good suggestions. They stay in my budget and the flowers seem to last long.
