We are a full service glass shop, the original owners of Bel Air Glass & Mirror. We can custom cut glass to any of your specs. We do custom frameless or framed shower doors and units. We offer 24 hour commercial service for those late night emergencies. No job too small or big. Give us a call and we'll see what 60+ years of combined experience and quality craftsmanship can do for you. All glass and windows are manufactured in house to ensure quality and speedy service Serving Harford and Cecil Counties and the Baltimore Metro Area.

Griggs and Son was amazing. It is incredibly difficult to find any responsible service provider that cares about the project, shows up on time (or at all) or returns phone calls. Fortunately, this is just the opposite of Griggs and Son and it was so refreshing. They are incredibly professional, very thorough (they measured twice to make sure everything was perfect), they committed to their promises and you could tell they really wanted the job to exceed your expectations. Well, it did! The stairwell glass looks amazing and their prices are very fair. I give them the highest marks possible and so happy I selected them for my difficult glass project.

Griggs & Son was a pleasure to do business with!!! My first call to the office was great!! I spoke with Danielle who was so professional and scheduled an appointment for Matt to come out and give us an estimate. Matt showed up on time, was truly professional and very friendly. We were sent a written estimate that was surprisingly reasonable. We checked out standard door prices and they were pretty expensive. My husband realized that a standard door wasn't going to work. We were told that it would be a couple of weeks for the doors to come in but they came in quickly and an installation date was scheduled. Two nice guys (cannot remember their names) came and install our shower door. They were professional, informative and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and were just amazing. The doors looked so wonderful that I almost cried!!! I highly recommend Griggs & Son for all your mirror and glass needs. I know I won't be using anyone else!!!

Based on the reply you would never know how confrontational they were. Accused us of causing the problems by using the shower too early. If the install was to specs this would never have been on the table for an accusation. We actually left for Virginia right after the install. They were hours late so we were rushing out which caused the delay in contacting them. They say "any problems, any time give us a call" and then you call and their tune changed and they become hostile and defensive. Every day I have to look at the crooked install and can't even enjoy the bathroom remodel. I Invite anyone to come and see it for yourself.

"We sincerely apologize that you feel you had such a negative experience with our company. We originally did your install on August 7, 2014. You contacted us on August 18, 2014, for the first time, to let us know that you were unhappy. We came out after hours, the same day, to try to find a solution. We took pictures and sent them to our manufacturer, who in turn stated that we did everything correctly, the installation looked great- even with close up pictures, and we did in fact install per their requirements. Since there was nothing more we could do to make you happy, we decided to refund your installation cost in full, which we did on August 20. We always try to go above and beyond to keep our customers happy, which you can see from our other reviews. We take great pride in our work and what we do. Again, we truly apologize that you were unhappy with the way that we handled this situation."

So my 8 year old managed to break a window---with his head. Luckily it didn't shatter and hurt him, as it was plate glass. I called Griggs and Son and scheduled an appointment for measurements. Matt, the president, came out and took some measurements and talked with me about the window. Super nice guy, was quick and very knowledgeable. The office then called later that day with the estimate and scheduled the repair. The repair was very quick and looks great. I'm very happy with how it looks and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!
