Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

The job ended up taking longer than expected because the locks had some security device that required more time to rekey, so he could have charged me more, but he didn't.
