"Excellent job! The floor was old and I thought about removing it. Called them, John came out and said they could resand the floor and replace tiles. He understood it was also a radiant heat floor and came up with a solution and quote that was fair. Workers arrived on time, cleared room, sealed off room from rest of house and got to work. After sanding the floor looked amazing, and after staining and 2 coats of oil based polyurethane (right solution) it looked incredible. All COVID precautions taken, John came back to check in during the job and afterwards for walk through. This was a very good job at a reasonable price.
