Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.

He was able to do a custom tile shower, tile floor, install toilet and double vanity to complete my bathroom in the basement. "There were some miscommunication about pricing.  There were some last minute scheduling difficulties.  The carpet that they installed, it was fairly clear that the person doing the installation had not installed carpet before, it's missing a little bit of padding.  They did offer to fix it, however; I was frustrated due to the scheduling difficulties and the pricing difficulties so I declined having them come back out again to fix the carpet."

Mr. Nooney came to look at the problem within two days of our first contact. He discussed
all the possible causes, and said he would not be able to determine exactly how
much work was needed until he began the work. He scheduled us for just over one
week later.
 
He and his crew arrived as promised and began to investigate two potential trouble spots.  One area was benign while the second required attention.  The roofing around fireplace chimney was improperly installed.  Jon and
his crew diagnosed the problem, installed new flashing and replaced both the tar paper and shingles in the affected area. 
The entire cost was under $400. 
The area was left neat and all debris was cleared.
