"We recently hired Clarksville Construction to handle a remodel of our master bathroom. Our sales rep, Keith, spent a great deal of time with us working through the changes we wanted made, offered helpful suggestions and worked toward arranging the specific time frame we needed to have the project done. Our project manager, Gene, made sure the project started on the day requested and kept progress moving forward so that everything would be completed timely. Madelin in the back office was very helpful in getting the specific items we wanted ordered and Patrick made daily (sometimes multiple) trips to the house delivering any materials the crew needed to get the job done – always with a smile on his face. Francesco had his crew arrive on time (if not early) every day they were scheduled to come by; and he made sure any corrections that needed to be done were taken care of. All projects have challenges, ours was no different. But the real difference was how quickly any question or concerns we raised were addressed and resolved. We have done similar projects like this in the past and have at times faced pushback and argument when problems arose. Not with the team at Clarksville. They were committed to making sure we were happy with the end result. What a refreshing attitude and much appreciated!"

"I canâ t say enough of how pleased we are with the end result. We had water damage and mold from a roof leak on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. Jim (owner) was very professional and flexible to work around our schedule to complete the repair. We had 3 other estimates and Top Notch was the easy choice. Top Notch is the perfect company name as it represents their top notch service and work! I would not hesitate to recommend Too Notch to anyone. "After a few days of heavy rains our basement was flooded, and mostly ruined. Daybrook was able to remove all the damaged materials (flooring/walls/etc) to make room for the waterproofing company to install draintile around the perimeter of our basement. Once they were complete, David and his team returned and promptly restored the walls, floors, paint, etc to have our basement looking better than before the storm. 5/5 would recommend & would use again --- in fact, we already have for other projects around our home."

"It's with disappointment that I am writing this review and will probably not utilize Homeadvisor again. I don't like writing reviews, especially bad ones for small contractors trying to make a living. Vasco Properties was hired to build an 1800sq foot addition under a residence that I had raised. I went with Vasco Properties because he was willing to do the rough framing, let me take over once framing was done and was offering me the chance to purchase materials at his price. When Vasco  first took the job and reviewed the plans, Adam, owner, advised he could have it done in two weeks. After the house was raised Adam suggested that I put a steel beam in to make lowering the house easier. He also advised that he could have a steel beam within three days. After getting approval from Engineer, the steel beam was ordered. It took two weeks for the beam to delivered, a "far cry" from three days. A second steel beam had to be ordered for another area of the house and it took around three weeks for that delivery. If Adam had stuck to the original plans all that time wasted waiting for beams would not have occured. While I believe Adam and his crew did a good job, he has been horrible when it comes to communication. I have texted, called and sent emails throughout this entire process that will go unanswered most of the time. As I write this review, Adam has not responded to an email sent last week or responded to a detailed voicemail left on his cellphone."
