"Awning was installed, just, yesterday. So far, everything seems fine. Salesman was knowledgeable about the product. Installers did a nice job. Awning looks terrific, but price was high. If not for the price, I'd have given it 5 stars on everything."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"When I called him initially, no one picked up, and no one responded to my message. I eventually got in touch with him and wanted to get some information on the awning installation process. He just coldly told me to go to the website and put in the information there. After doing so, I still never heard from him. I then called him yet again and this time he told me he needed a lot more information than what I put on there. It seemed like he didn't want to be helpful, so I just left him alone. "
