"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"They have been cleaning our house for years, however it is not the best service out there. For the first several years I had them, things were broken way too frequently. Of the things I reported, they did reimburse me. Also they rarely raised their rates on us. Now the rates raise every year and I now feel I am paying way too much for a once a month clean. Lately my issue with them is they continue to turn up my thermostat. I reported it the first time and I was told they were probably dusting it and that's why it was bumped up. It is the only thing on that wall and trust me, they don't dust well enough for that to have happened. They always give a two hour window, however they almost always come at the end of the window, even if you are first appointment. All of that said, they do come when scheduled and they get our home back to a much better place then when they arrived. I have a house filled to the brim due to family deaths and I am sure that make our home a challenge to clean, so that works both ways. They show up and they work."
