We had originally gotten estimates to replace the floors, but the cost of refinishing was considerably less, and our 35-year-old oak floors look brand new again! Javier and his team meticulously scraped off all those layers to reveal the stone beneath . He then polished the stone, bringing it back to life with a shine that looks like ice. Javier provides an incredible service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any of your flooring needs."
