"Mr Handyman performed the service as requested. My shutter has been fully repaired as it was prior. My gripe would be that the technician performed the service before my arrival to the site which I did specify in the correspondence I had with the company. Maybe there was miscommunication between the receptionist I spoke with and the technician in the field in relaying my wanting to be there before work was done. Nevertheless, the completed work by the technician was good, and I'd hire them again."

Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work.
