"Sliding door unable to move for years. Dexter was the only technician that came and was able to repair. He fixed some damaged wood. Change rollers and made a few adjustments. The door felt like new. Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. "Smithwright has contacted me and will be calling me on Monday, May 27 to let me know when he might be able to start. We have gone back and forth via email so that he understand what is needed. As stated, he called Monday and asked if I was available the next day at 9am to have the maintenance performed which was perfect. He called Tuesday morning before 9 to inform me he was running a bit late and would be there between 9:30 and 10. He arrived as promised. We discussed the maintenance to be perfomed including what I was interested in and he evaluated the door and issues and recommended the weatherstripping but stated the sweep was still in decent shape, so I agreed to only the weather stripping. He went to the local Lowes to pick up the necessary materials and returned in reasonable time and began. It took a little over an hour. I reviewed the work and it appeared to be a good job. Bill asked if I had considered a storm door which I stated I had recently. He stated he usually charges for a minimum of two hours but gave me a discount which was appreciated. The entire job cost $193 (including materials). Considering the cost, job quality, and customer service; I would definitely hire Smithwright again for any handyman type work."

He was the only tinting company I actually got a call back from the first day, and worked hard to provide incredible services within my tight window (no pun intended!). Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible, and the installer Mike was very talented and punctual. Bob warned of a potential for small cracks between the window and the tint but you would have thought the tint was a part of the actual window. Back in the late winter I had snow blowing down from my skylight into the top floor of the house.   WBR (Matt Cisna) came out while I was on a work trip and inspected and had his workers caulk things up.      In reality I could have limped along with my roof as it was for a little longer however I asked matt to give me a full estimate for replacement of the roof collars and skylight.    I felt the price was more than reasonable and the company reviews seemed consistent and I felt that I had found a good company. 

The team showed up this last Saturday to install the roof and did a very thorough job.   Everyone who showed up to put my roof on was professional and they did a complete and thorough cleanup at the end.      I am very pleased with the results.   I always get nervous when making such a significant repair and my mind was put at ease from the beginning.
