We knew we wanted to replace our old carpet with eco-friendly Smartstrand carpet, but had heard horror stories about installation nightmares through big box stores. Dave was friendly and communicative when we visited the store-- free carpet samples arrived within the week, and Dave was quick to provide an in-home estimate without any high-pressure sales tactics. The price seemed competitive and the customer service was excellent, so we decided to move forward with Carpet Concepts-- and I'm glad we did. The two-man installation crew was punctual, polite, and efficient, and the carpet looks great. A good experience from start to finish... we're very pleased. "
