In just a few hours, he installed a new garbage disposal, adjusted my closet doors that were not properly closing, mounted shelves and a new curtain rod, and fixed my toilet that needed a new flush kit, and sealed various areas around my second bathroom with caulk. He worked efficiently and with an incredible amount of attention to detail. I didn’t even have to clean up a thing! He was friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again!"

"What I like about working with James was he stayed in constant contact with me through the whole project. He repaired a hole left in my bathroom ceiling by the AC installer. Fixed a leaky pipe pipe under the upstairs toilet via the downstairs ceiling. Redid my Powder Room ceiling by installing a new ceiling. "Good experience with JES. I had work done by 2 teams. Bryan R. and Kai L. did an excellent job with repairing my foundation by injecting polyurethane foam to support where it's been undercut by water. Rafael G. and his team (Juan S. and Alejandro L.) did a great job using carbon fiber to support basement wall which was starting to buckle from excess exterior water."

"Kyle, the owner, was responsive to my inquiry and came out to do the estimate. I explained what we hoped to do and what our minimum we needed to have done and that we would decide based on the cost. Kyle created an estimate that was broken down into parts so that we could pick and choose what we wanted done. Work was started within a couple of weeks and completed in 2 days. I was happy with his staff and the work performed. The problem we had was afterward. After several days of rain, a section of the yard settled, including the rock wall. It was evident that the yard was not tamped well enough. I emailed Kyle and he agreed to come back out and fix the wall/yard where it settled. We decided to wait until the spring (original work was done in fall of 2017) in case there was more settling. In April I reached out to Kyle and he agreed to come out and take a look. I also informed him that the yard had settled more and it had created a low point where water was draining under the sidewalk and eroding the ground in that area. I have heard nothing from Kyle since then. I have since emailed him again and called him with no response. I was happy with the work overall, but not happy with the lack of follow through and communication. I have been waiting to write this review until the work has been completed, but now I'm unsure it that'll every happen."

"Jerome and his team were amazing and got our job done in the time estimated. They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. They also had to repair a brick staircase and hand-ground out each mortar joint. Their work was thoughtfully done and impeccable. I canâ t recommend them highly enough."

"I needed a ceiling patch. Install 2 new air vents and replace ballast, replace bubs in ceiling kitchen light (large ceiling light), replace bulb in ceiling fan and replace bulb in laundry light. Olvin Ramirez did it all and beautifully. He is kind, respectful, knowledgeable and very hardworking! I’ve never seen anyone who works as quickly and accurately as Olvin does. He was without a doubt the best handyman I have ever had the pleasure to work with and would greatly appreciate and welcome him into my home again for future projects."

He had knowledge about the very specific process for cleaning our stucco like surface and went over his work to make sure it met a very high standard.
