"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

After checking through Angie's list I got an immediate response and scheduled a time to meet with Scott. He came in and tested the water, he educated us on where our water quality is now (not great) and even tested our bottled water we got from the store (which was also not great). Great financing program if you worried about $ and referral program. W/ what we pay for water this was a no brainer. John came by our house in days with the system and had it hooked up the same morning. He was very nice, punctual, respectful and knowledgeable with what he is doing. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
